India is emerging as an economic superpower on a global scale. Today India needs managers who are capable of effortlessly functioning anywhere in fast changing multicultural world.


Formal management education in modern times has evolved in western countries and has so far been applied across the rest of the world. The need of the hour for business education in India is for one which enables managers to think and act in a globally competitive environment while complying with regulations & business practices of the host nation. The PGMP program is one of its kind wherein the courses are designed to instill strategic decision making skills in the participants so as to assess and appreciate the international impact of their decisions.


The Post Graduate Management Program is designed to create business professionals with the knowledge and skill-sets to take on leadership roles.


Strategic Academic Associations
The program structure is designed in consultations with Faculty at Fisher College of Business, and IIMs & IITs and also Industry practitioners.

Program Design
An intensive 11 Month full time program, the PGMP is divided into 6 Modules, each consisting of 4 or more courses. The highlights of the program are Fisher Faculty's presence at AsiaGSB campus, 4 - 6 weeks of International Immersion Program in the United States, Industry Competency Development, Self-Assessment, Field Study, and Invited Speaker sessions.

World-aware Faculties
Faculty from Fisher College will deliver the core courses in each Module. Senior faculty members at AsiaGSB, along with selected senior professors from leading business schools from Asia, Europe and the Americas are to teach, throughout the program.

In-depth Learning, Immersive experiences
The program aims to promote a deep understanding of the cultural, business and social diversity in the Asian region. To that end, the program includes an immersive 8 weeks Internship in the United States, facilitated by Fisher College of Business. Participants will experience first-hand, the realities of Asian business and practices.

Back at AsiaGSB, immersive learning extends to the classroom and beyond, with the opportunity to interact with Asian faculty and students.

Business and Culture
The program prepares professionals for a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural world through interactive cultural and industry interface activities. Leading professionals from Indian and Asian companies provide real-world business know-how on the nuances of cross-border trade and commerce.

Personal and Professional Empowerment
In preparation for career positions, the program includes a comprehensive personal development module, focusing on making participants equipped for the rigors of the corporate world.

Joint Certification
After completion of the program, a Joint Certification is given by Asia Graduate School of Business and Fisher College of Business
